These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and GolfFlow LLC (“GolfFlow,” “we,” “us”) governing your use of the GolfFlow GMS website and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. The Service
GolfFlow GMS is a software platform for running recreational golf leagues — managing schedules, scorecards, standings, handicaps, skins, closest-to-pin contests, payments tracking, and league communication. We may add, change, or remove features over time as we improve the Service.
2. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a commissioner account. You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your login credentials secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
3. Subscription, billing & renewal
GolfFlow is offered as an annual subscription at $119.99 per year (unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase). By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method the subscription fee.
- Free trial. New accounts start with a 30-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial. When the trial ends, your payment method is automatically charged $119.99 for the first year unless you cancel before the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you owe nothing.
- Your subscription automatically renews each year at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.
- You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
- We may change our pricing, but any change to your renewal price will be communicated before it takes effect.
4. 30-day money-back guarantee & refunds
To request a refund within the guarantee window, email support@golfflowgms.com from the address on your account. After the first 30 days, subscription fees — including annual renewals — are non-refundable, and canceling simply stops future billing. The 30-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase, not to subsequent renewals.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
- Break the law or infringe anyone’s rights while using the Service;
- Upload malicious code, attempt to breach security, or disrupt the Service;
- Reverse-engineer, resell, or copy the Service except as allowed by these Terms;
- Use the Service to send spam or to store data you have no right to store; or
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
6. Your content & league data
You keep ownership of the data you and your league enter (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you. You’re responsible for having the right to enter the information you add — including the names and contact details of players you add to a league — and for how you use player PINs and communications.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep GolfFlow running reliably, but we don’t guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance, and we may suspend the Service as needed. We’re not liable for events outside our reasonable control.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. GolfFlow is a league-management tool and does not provide legal, financial, or gambling services; you are responsible for how you run any pools, skins, or payouts in your league and for complying with applicable laws.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GolfFlow LLC and its owners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GolfFlow LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Service, Your Content, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we need to for security, legal, or operational reasons. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as payment obligations, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date, and for material changes we’ll give reasonable notice. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
